At these destinations you might even meet some celebrities while your there.
For family I would suggest the Bahamas. Royal Caribbean international cruises for family most definitely needs to end in Bahamas. Atlantis on Paradise Island and Grand Bahamas Island are two of the most stunning resorts of whole of the Caribbean, and is ideal for families. After Bahamas I would recommend Aruba as it has friendly population surrounding it and also have various options for off site resort activities.
